1. General Shipping Information
Business Days: Our shipping operations are active from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Shipping Origin: All physical products are shipped from our facility in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Digital products are delivered electronically.
2. Digital Products Delivery
Delivery Method: Digital products (e.g., software licenses, e-books, subscriptions, digital design files, web templates) are delivered electronically.
Delivery Time: Upon successful payment confirmation, you will typically receive an email with download links, access credentials, or instructions for accessing your digital product within 1-2 hours. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the system to generate and send access information.
Access: Ensure your email address provided during checkout is accurate. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the delivery email within the expected time frame.
No Physical Shipment: No physical goods will be shipped for digital product purchases.
3. Physical Products Shipping
Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable courier services for reliable delivery across India. The specific carrier used will depend on the destination and package size/weight.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for physical products will be calculated at checkout based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times (within India):
Jodhpur & Rajasthan: 2-4 business days
Major Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 4-7 business days
Rest of India: 5-10 business days

Tracking Information: Once your physical product order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Packaging: We ensure all physical products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for re-shipping charges.
Receiving Your Order: We recommend inspecting the package for any signs of damage before accepting delivery. If you notice significant damage, please notify the delivery person and contact us immediately.
4. International Shipping (Physical Products)
At this time, Media Craft Techno Solutions primarily focuses on shipping physical products within India.
For international inquiries regarding physical products, please contact us directly at 9829694886. We will assess feasibility and provide a custom shipping quote if possible. International shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. Media Craft Techno Solutions is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it remains unclaimed, we will contact you. Re-shipping fees will apply to send the order again.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged in Transit: If your physical product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit: If your physical product order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframes, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please allow 5-7 business days for the investigation to conclude. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
